Thanks so much for letting us know. As a general rule, we do not include scented flowers in arrangements for the hospital. Otherwise, we depend on the person placing the order to let us know that scent is a concern.

My friend Anne Sprincis was supposed to receive a call a few days ahead to set up a delivery time but only got called same day and the plant & balloon was left at the door. In the end her boyfriend from Newmarket picked it up and brought it to his place so a waste of a $25 delivery. She finds it odd how large the Bonsai tree is, based on her perceptions. I told her to pass by and make an exchange if possible.

I was having a busy day and had to hang up during a phone-in order, but was able to complete it online during meetings - but missed the same day delivery deadline. I called really late one day absolutely desperate that it was my friend’s Bday and it was way too late to get the arrangement delivered. When the lady I spoke on the phone with ( so sorry I do not remember your name), heard the sadness in my voice, she assumed me that even though they don’t deliver anymore for the day, she was going do deliver it on her way home!! I can not explain how happy she made me. I really felt cared for!
